Alice Faye Davis, age 81, of Lucedale passed away Wednesday, January 7, 2026.  Mrs. Davis was born July 5, 1944 in Lucedale, MS. She is the daughter of the late Verlon David and the late Nora Virginia (Howell) Weeks.

She was employed as a home health care.

She is survived by one daughter: Alice Mechelle Miller and two sons: Tony (Ruth) Miller and Clienton (Casey) Miller; sisters: Helen (Joe) Mixon, Marie Bufkin, Mary Lee, Donnie (Dan) Rush, and Lois Weeks; grandchildren: Lolita (Derek) Gaines-Hutchinson and Candance (Justin) Webb; great grandchildren: Cali Gaines, Derek Hutchinson Jr, Jason Hutchinson, Kolton Webb, and Brayden Webb.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Emery Earl Davis Sr; sister, Doris Bufkin.

The funeral will be held 11:00 am on Monday, January 12, 2026 at Sigler Funeral Home, 4248 Main St., Lucedale, MS.  Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery, Lucedale, MS.

Calling hours will be Monday, January 12, 2026 from 10:00-11:00am at Sigler Funeral Home, 4248 Main St., Lucedale, MS.

Pallbearers will include: Justin Webb, Billy Joe Fortner, Kolton Webb, Shannon Gaines, Tony Miller, Marvin Lee, and Drake Davis.
