Alma Dean McLeod, age 71, of Lucedale, MS passed away on Sunday, October 10, 2021 at George Regional Medical Center of Lucedale, MS.  Mrs. McLeod was born June 5, 1950 in Neely, MS. She is the daughter of the late Charlie Brown and the late Marie (Bradley) Brown.  She married Freddy L. McLeod on February 14, 1969.  She retired after 42 years of service at the Lucedale Sportswear as their supervisor. Alma was the last employee the business had. Mrs. McLeod was a member of Rocky Creek Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband: Freddy L. McLeod one son: Brian (Kay) McLeod; son-in-law, Jerry L. Radcliff; 10 grandchildren, Kayla (Caleb) Bragg, Katlyn Radcliff, Anthony (Cassidy) McLeod, Lauren (Mack) Overstreet, Tyler (Melissa) McLeod, Kalee (Dakota) Dyche, Hannah Merritt, Kade Radcliff, Jordan Merritt, Justyn McLeod; 6 great grandchildren; two sisters: Linda (Spencer) Holland and Rita (Daniel) Prine, and two brothers: Charlie (Carolyn) Brown and Dan (Rosie) Brown.

Preceded in death by her parents and her daughter, Krystal McLeod Radcliff.

The funeral will be held 12:00 pm on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at Rocky Creek Baptist Church, 2147 Rocky Creek Road, Lucedale, MS with Bro. Paul Brashier officiating.  Burial will be in Rocky Creek Cemetery, Lucedale, MS.

Calling hours will be Wednesday, October 13, 2021 from 10:00am-12:00pm at Rocky Creek Baptist Church.
