Barbara Cook Sanford, age 74, of Lucedale, passed away Friday, February 26, 2021 at George Regional Medical Center of Lucedale, MS. Mrs. Sanford was born January 28, 1947 in South Carolina. She is the daughter of the late Angus and the late Olive Bloomer Cook.

She is survived by two daughters: Michelle (Ken) Crenshaw and Sonya (David) Senterfitt, and one son: Kirk (Dana) Jones; She has six grandchildren, Lee (Dominique) Crenshaw; Elizabeth Crenshaw; Gwen Crenshaw; Kayla (Aaron) Sassenrath-Cole; Taylor (Grant) Futch; Ivey Jones; one great grandson, Keelan Crenshaw. She is also survived by 2 brother, Russell (Phyllis) Cook, Charles (Sharon) Cook and a sister Julia (Carson) Harper as well as many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
