Bernice Shaw, age 95, of Lucedale passed away on Saturday, December 8, 2018. Mrs. Shaw was born October 29, 1923 in Lucedale, MS. She is the daughter of the late Bertus and the late Annie (Burns) Pierce. She married the late Harlan Shaw.

She was a self-employed baker.
Mrs. Shaw was a member of Eastern Star and Agricola Baptist Church.

She is survived by sons: Louis (Doris) Shaw Sr. and Wayne (Linda) Shaw; 3 Grandchildren;
6 Great Grandchildren; 2 Great Great Grandchildren; sister: Frankie Joy "Coot" Lee.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Harlan Shaw and grandchild, Denice Dilling.

The funeral will be held 11:00 am on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at Sigler Funeral Home, Lucedale, MS with Bro. Tommy Mitchell officiating. Burial will be in New Hope Baptist Church Cemetery, Lucedale on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at 11:00 am.
