Betty Lou Stringfellow, age 67, of Lucedale passed away Tuesday, November 26, 2024. She was born June 21, 1957, a daughter of the late Daniel and the late Ola Boyster.

Betty was a free spirit with a heart of gold. Her smile and laugh were infectious. She was always there, no matter what she had going on.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 32 years, Jack Stringfellow Sr; parents, Daniel and Ola Boyster; son, Jamie Stringfellow; eight brothers, Estol, Oscar, Donnie, Ronnie, Daniel Jr., Everett, Dennis, and Bill; three sisters, Marie, Alice, and Wilma.

Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Jack (Brooke) Stringfellow, Jessie Stringfellow, Tammy (Donald) Addison, Robin (Al) Colley, Tonya (Walter) Westbrook, and Jackie (Vanessa) Stringfellow; sixteen grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; three sisters, Mary Farmer of Coulterville, IL, Gretta (Tom) Botkin of Boss, MO, Dani (Jack) Mize of Sullivan, IN; brother, David (Chris) Boyster of Marissa, IL; and several nieces and nephews.

She enjoyed spending time with family and friends; she will be missed dearly by many.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 30, 2024 at 12:00pm at Tanner Williams Holiness Church. Calling hours will be on Saturday, November 30, 2024 from 10:30am to 12:00pm. Burial will be in Tanner Cemetery, Lucedale, MS 39452.
