Bille Joan Tipton, age 88, passed away Tuesday, February 4, 2025 at Integris Health Southwest Medical Center of Oklahoma. Mrs. Tipton was born September 6, 1936 in Cheyenne, Wyoming. She is the daughter of the late Jim R and the late Marjorie (Kiene) Tebbs.  She married John R Tipton.

She was employed by NASA as a clerk and a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband: John R Tipton, one daughter: Marlo Fisackerly and one son: Jack Tipton; Son-in-law, Barrett Fisackerly; daughter-in-law, Lara Tipton; grandson, Heath Fisackerly; granddaughter, Haley Marie (Dawson) O'Mary; grandson, Reid (Abbi) Tipton; grandson, Grant Tipton; and a host of other very dear family and friends.

Predeceased by her sister, Mary Lou Harper, and brother, Tom Tebbs.

The graveside funeral will be held 2:00 pm on Saturday, February 8, 2025 at Magnolia Cemetery, 328 Mill Street, Lucedale, MS with Pastor Reid Tipton officiating. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery, Lucedale on Saturday, February 8, 2025.

Pallbearers include Grant Tipton, Dr. Raymond Tipton, Steve Tipton, Randy Saxon, Joey Tipton, Matt Loftin, Steve Tebbs, Jeffrey Tipton, Eddy Riser, and Chuck Riser.
