Carroll E. Cochran, age 74, of Lucedale passed away Thursday, March 16, 2023 at Springhill Memorial Hospital of Mobile, AL.  Mr. Cochran was born August 22, 1948 in Lucedale, MS. He is the son of the late Ramey Roscoe "John" and the late Myrtle Maxine (Goff) Cochran.  He married Patricia Faye Adams.  He was predeceased by his wife, Patricia Faye Adams on September 12, 2007.

He was employed by Halter Marine as an Electrician.

He is survived by one daughter: Gena (Billy) Fortenberry and three sons: Chris (Leslie) Cochran, Russell (Missy) Cochran and Derek (Katie) Cochran; thirteen grandchildren: Chyna Salie, Hayley (Kevin) Zwick, Jordan Kennedy, Zach Southern, Braden Bertram, Carlie Bertram, Rusty (Presley) Cochran, Kyle Cochran, Ramey (Ashton) Shultz, Derrick Bowman, Kade Whitman, Tucker Fortenberry, Tytus Fortenberry; four great grandchildren: Braelynn Mae Cochran, Everleigh Cochran, Sammy Zwick, Great Grandchild To Be, Jameson Bennett Schultz.

Predeceased by his brother, Edward Wayne Cochran.

The funeral will be held 2:00 pm on Sunday, March 19, 2023 at Sigler Funeral Home, 4248 Main St., Lucedale, MS with Rev. John Henry officiating.  Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery, Lucedale, MS.
