Christopher Scott "Chris" Davis, age 49, of Lucedale passed away on Thursday, February 16,
2017 at George Regional Medical Center of Lucedale, MS. Mr. Davis was born September 28,
1967 in Lucedale, MS. He is the son of William D. "Wilbur" and Bonnie W. (Washam) Davis.

He was employed by South Mississippi Correctional Institute as a correctional officer.

He is survived by one son: Justin Davis; Girlfriend Jeannie Byrd, his father William D. "Wilbur"
and mother Bonnie W. (Washam) Davis; two sisters: Jackie (Leonard) Englund and Rilla (Mike)
Showles,; niece, Brooke Englund; nephew, William Englund; niece, Ashley Showles; Nephew,
Austin Showles. A host of aunts, uncles and cousins.

The funeral will be held 2:00 pm on Sunday, February 19, 2017 at Sigler Funeral Home, 4248
Main St., Lucedale, MS with Rev. Eugene Eubanks officiating. Burial will be in Lee Parker,
Lucedale, MS.

Calling hours will be Saturday, February 18, 2017 from 5:00-8:00pm at Sigler Funeral Home,
