Creasie Elizabeth Cobb, age 87, of Lucedale, MS passed away Saturday, July 30, 2022 at home in Lucedale.  Mrs. Cobb was born December 9, 1934 in Lucedale, MS. She is the daughter of the late Johnny P. and the late Norman Elendor (Tanner) Griffin.  She married Robert Van Cobb on March 29, 1964 at Tanner Williams Holiness Church.  She was predeceased by her husband on September 17, 2021.  She was a Homemaker.

She is survived by her cousin and caretaker, Annie (Russell) T. Saliba of Madison, MS; cousin and caretaker, Janice (Grayling) Christian of Mobile, AL; brother-in-law, David Cobb.

The funeral will be held 10:30 am on Saturday, August 6, 2022 at Tanner Cemetery, Tanner Chapel Road, Lucedale, MS with Rev. Wendell Stork officiating.  Burial will be in Tanner Cemetery, Lucedale.

Calling hours will be Saturday, August 6, 2022 from 10:00-10:30am at Tanner Cemetery, Tanner Chapel Road, Lucedale, MS

There will be a meal provided for family and friends at Tanner's Chapel church following the service.
