Dallas Edward Holley, age 91, of Lucedale passed away Sunday, October 2, 2022 at Glen Oaks Nursing Home of Lucedale, MS.  Mr. Holley was born July 25, 1931 in Carriere, MS. He is the son of the late George and the late Thelma (McLendon) Holley. He married Nettie Page, who preceded him in death on October 27, 2014.

He was a lifelong farmer who enjoyed spending time at his home in Agricola.  Mr. Holley was a member of Agricola Baptist Church.

He is survived by two daughters: Marsha (Michael) Alexander  and Evelyn (Mark) Read, two sisters: Sue Brown and Jane (Mac) Clark; He also has seven grandchildren, Amy (Robert) Brown, Anthony Jenkins, James (Blaire) Alexander, Michelle (Chris) Bumpers, Andrew (Courtney) Read, Samantha Read, Jacob Read; Great grandchildren; Trevor (Michaela) Allmon, Della (Johnny) Luna, Carlei Alexander, Ryland Alexander, Morgan Brown, great great grandchildren; Nathan Luna and Ryker Allmon, Wynter Rose Ybarra.

Predeceased by his daughter; Matilda Jenkins,  five brothers, Delton Holley,  Dillon Holley,  Duane Holley, Overtis Holley, George Ursey Holley, and three sisters; Daphne Dunn,  Deloris Seals, and  Ann Baxley.

The funeral will be held 11:00 am on Thursday, October 6, 2022 at Agricola Baptist Church, 7268 Barton-Agricola Road, Agricola, MS with Dr. Tommy Mitchell officiating.  Burial will be in Agricola Cemetery.

Calling hours will be Thursday, October 6, 2022 from 10:00-11:00am at Agricola Baptist Church, 7268 Barton-Agricola Road, Agricola, MS.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Agricola Baptist Church Building Fund, 4286 Barton Agricola Road Lucedale, MS 39452.
