Danny Eligery Butler, age 57, of Lucedale died Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at home in Lucedale. Mr. Butler was born September 26, 1960 in Lucedale, MS. He is the son of the late Will Cleven Butler and the late Malvalean "Pie" (Jackson) Butler. He married Sara Moore on August 17, 1989. He was employed as a Welder.

He is survived by his wife: Sara (Moore) Butler, one daughter: Amanda (Rodney) Smith
two sons: Danny "Junior" Butler and David (Heather) Butler,
two brothers: William "Boo Boo" (Debra) Butler and Carey "Mack" (Norma) Butler,
8 Grandchildren: Cody Butler, Alexis Butler, Jayden Owens, Bryson Owens, Tinleigh Smith, Regan Smith, Rylan Smith, Kayah Mason

Predeceased by his brother, Ronald "Buckwheat" Butler, brother, Billy Wayne Butler, brother, David Butler, brother, Gary Paul Butler, sister, Linda "Buzzy" Etheridge, and sister, Glenda Faye Woodard

The funeral will be held 11:00 am on Friday, June 1, 2018 at Sigler Funeral Home, 4248 Main St., Lucedale, MS with Rev. Larry Turner officiating. Burial will be in Butler Family Cemetery, Lucedale.
