David Wane McLeod, age 74, of Leakesville, MS passed away Monday, October 10, 2022 at home in Leakesville, MS.  Mr. McLeod was born January 1, 1948 in Vernal, MS. He is the son of the late William Carl and the late Alice O'dell (Hudson) McLeod.

He was self employed by Family Pulpwood.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Brenda Ann Shepard; sister, Faye (Donald) Nelson; nephew, Casey Gerald Vickers; nephew, Michael McLeod; nephew, Andy McLeod; niece, Savannah Faye Blackston; niece, Lisa Harrison; Great Niece, Bre'Annah Lin Blackston; Great Nephew, Ka'Den Olin Blackston; Great Nephew, Justin Bailey Vickers; Great Nephew, Ca'Syn Robert Vickers; and son, Adam Wayne Grant; Family and Friends.

The funeral will be held 11:00 am on Friday, October 14, 2022 at Sigler Funeral Home, 4248 Main St., Lucedale, MS.  Burial will be in Sandhill Cemetery, Lucedale on Friday, October 14, 2022.
