Donald Charles Triponey, age 82, of Lucedale passed away Tuesday, March 19, 2024.  Mr. Triponey was born January 21, 1942 in Cheektowaga, NY. He is the son of the late Francis P. and the late Irene E. (Hewitt) Triponey. He married Mary A. "Jo" Thurmond.

Mr. Donald served in the Navy during the Vietnam War from 02-15-1959 to 05-30-1979.  He was employed by U.S. Navy as a Recruiter and Police.

He is survived by one son: Michael (Andie) Triponey and 4 grandchildren.

He is predeceased by his wife of 38 years, Mary "Jo" Triponey; two sons: Donald Paul Triponey and Kevin Jerome Triponey.

There are no services at this time.

Burial will be in Hamilton Memorial Gardens, Hixson, TN.
