Elizabeth Roxanne "Roxie" Cochran, age 66, of Pascagoula, passed away Monday, May 22, 2023 at home in Pascagoula.  Mrs. Cochran was born June 14, 1956 in Pascagoula, MS. She is the daughter of the late Arnold Cooper and the late Mary Louise (Place) Givens.  She married Martin Kimmel Cochran on August 19, 1978; He preceded her in death on June 24, 2015.

She is survived by three sons, James Cameron Cochran, Malcolm Cooper (Angela) Cochran and Daniel Kimmel Cochran; 4 Grandchildren; 2 Great Grandchildren and one more on the way; one sister, Debra J. Givens Hulett; one brother, Arnold Dean Givens

The funeral will be held 11:00 am on Saturday, May 27, 2023 at Shady Grove Baptist Church, 14146 Hwy 26 West, Lucedale, MS with Rev. Josh Ivey officiating.  Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery.
