Eltroy Davis, age 81, of Lucedale died Monday, November 9, 2015 at Providence Hospital of
Mobile, AL. Mr. Davis was born October 1, 1934 in Lucedale, MS. He is the son of the late Noel
Webester and the late Julia Emaline (Bates) Davis.
He was a retired Scaffold Carpenter.
Mr. Davis had three passions; Gardening, giving out peppermint candy and being a member of
Lucedale Full Gospel Church.
He is survived by two daughters: Ann (Rick) Welsford, Tina Gray and two sons: William Eltroy
(Cathrene) Davis of Lucedale, MS, Jonathan Davis; Mother of His Children, Elma Davis. He also
has; grandson, Matthew (Kendra) Davis; grandson, Caleb (Amy) Davis; granddaughter, Miranda
(Bryan) West; granddaughter, Michaela (Billy) Phillips; grandson, Jeremy Gray; granddaughter,
Tashina Gray; Great grandchild, Krimson Davis; Great grandchild, Jay Ladnier; Great
grandchild, Bishop Ladnier; step daughter, Dena Thurston.
Predeceased by his parents, Webb & Julia Davis, daughter, Lela Davis, 10 Siblings, son-in-law,
John Marshal Gray
The funeral will be held 10:00 am on Thursday, November 12 at Lucedale Full Gospel, Magnolia
Street, Lucedale, MS with Bro. Tim Peace officiating. Burial will be in Davis -Dickerson
Cemetery.
Calling hours will be Wednesday, November 11 from 5:00-8:00pm at Sigler Funeral Home, 4248
