Emma Lois Helton, age 73, of Lucedale passed away Thursday, November 24, 2022 at home in Lucedale, MS.  Mrs. Helton was born July 9, 1949 in Lucedale, MS. She is the daughter of the late Greg T. and the late Emma Lee (Dixon) Davis.  She married Larry Helton and they have been married for 54 years.

She was a homemaker and worked for the Lucedale Sportswear for 20+ years. She was also a member of Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband: Larry Helton; sons: John (Shawn) Helton and Joey (Holli) Helton; 3 grandsons: Davis, Bryce, and Mason; 1 granddaughter: Kendall; sister: Joyce (Jerald) Read; brother: Wayne (Annette) Davis; a host of nieces, nephews, family, loved ones, and friends.

Predeceased by parents: Gregg T. and Emma Lee Davis.

The funeral will be held 10:30 am on Saturday, November 26, 2022 at Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church, Brushy Creek Road, Lucedale, MS with Rev. Joseph Ladner and Rev. Eddie Hartfield officiating.  Burial will be in Macedonia Cemetery, Lucedale, MS.

Calling hours will be Saturday, November 26, 2022 from 9:30-10:30am at Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church, Lucedale, MS.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to be made to Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church.
