Eugene Steven Loper, age 57, of Lucedale, MS passed away on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at George Regional Medical Center in Lucedale, MS. Mr. Loper was born September 13, 1960 in Lucedale, MS. He is the son of Acia Eugene and the late Loy V (James) Loper. He married Dianna Rae Rawlinson.

He was employed as a Welder.

He is survived by his wife: Dianna Rae (Rawlinson) Loper, two daughters: Elizabeth Loper of Lucedale, MS and Cherri Linder of Houston, TX, and one son: Timothy Loper of Lucedale, MS; his father Eugene Loper; two sisters: Wanda Loper of Lucedale, MS and Emma Loper of Lucedale, MS, and one brother: Wayne Loper of Jackson, MS; He also has 7 Grandchildren.

Predeceased by his mother Loy V. Loper and a brother, Joe Loper.

The funeral will be held 2:00 pm on Monday, November 20, 2017 at Sigler Funeral Home, 4248 Main St., Lucedale, MS with Rev. Les Pierce officiating. Burial will be in James Cemetery.
