Evelyn Sue Davis Stevens, age 83, of Lucedale, MS died Sunday, September 10, 2023 at home in Lucedale.  Mrs. Stevens was born June 29, 1940 in Lucedale, MS. She is the daughter of the late George Leonard Davis and the late Voncille (Dickerson) Davis.  She married Marshall Spencer Stevens on May 4, 1963 in Collins, MS.  She was a loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Homemaker. Sue was a retired secretary.  She was a member of the Rocky Creek Baptist Church of Lucedale.

She is survived by her husband: Marshall Spencer Stevens, one daughter: Tanya Stevens of Lucedale, MS and one son: Todd (Adrienne) Stevens of Chandler, AZ; She also has six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren. granddaughter, Sierra Stevens of Chandler, AZ; granddaughter, Emily Connell of Lucedale, MS; granddaughter, Hailey Stevens of Chandler, AZ; grandson, Jason Stevens of Chandler, AZ; granddaughter, Kinslee Davis of Chandler, AZ; grandson, Beckham Davis of Chandler, AZ; Great grandchild, Alayna Connell of Lucedale, MS; Great grandchild, Hendrix Connell of Lucedale, MS

The funeral services will be held 11:00 am on Thursday, September 14, 2023 at Rocky Creek Baptist Church, 2165 Rocky Creek Road, Lucedale, MS with  Dr. Paul Brashier officiating.  Burial will be in Rocky Creek Cemetery following the services.

Calling hours will be Thursday, September 14, 2023 from 9:00-11:00am at Rocky Creek Baptist Church.
