Florence Elizabeth Haws, age 75, of Lucedale died Tuesday, January 26, 2016 at We Care
Hospice of Moss Point, MS. Mrs. Haws was born April 10, 1940 in Baltimore, MD. She is the
daughter of the late Floyd Ray and the late Viola Elizabeth (Burrs) Clark. She married Robert
Edward Haws on February 9, 1957.
She was retired from the Little Tavern Shop as a Waitress.
Mrs. Haws was a member of Geiger Road Apostolic Church.
She is survived by her husband: Robert Edward Haws , three daughters: Betty Lee (Robert)
Thompson of Baltimore, MD, Brenda Marie (Salvatore) Famolaro of Ocean City, MD, Deborah
(Wayne) Bradley of Leakesville, MS and one son: Robert Edward Haws Jr. of Milford, MD;
three sisters: Barbara Ann (Richard) Tracey, Brenda Lee (David) Ringus, Viola Elizabeth Miller
and one brother: Lenard (Dawn) Clark; She also has seventeen grandchildren, twenty greatgrandchildren
The funeral will be held 10:00 am on Saturday, January 30 at Geiger Road Apostolic Church,
Geiger Road, Lucedale, MS with Bro. Phillip McKissick officiating. Burial will be in Dorothy's
Memorial Cemetery, Lucedale on Saturday, January 30 at 11:00 am.
Calling hours will be Friday, January 29 from 6:00-8:00pm at Geiger Road Apostolic Church.
