Frances Wright Walley, age 76, of Lucedale, MS died Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at Providence Hospital of Mobile, AL.  Mrs. Walley was born December 3, 1947 in Pascagoula, MS. She is the daughter of the late Wilbern Wright and the late Lucille (Savage) Wright.  She was a retired bookkeeper, working with The Business Consultant of Lucedale.

Mrs. Walley was a member of St. Lucy Catholic Church.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years: Jerry Eldridge Walley, two daughters: Christy D. Walley (Dayton) Rouse and Carrie L. Walley (Duane) Dennis, and one son: Corey R. (Samantha) Walley; mother-in-law, Birdie Kelley. Grandchildren: Luke (fiancée,  Mallory Jones) Rouse,  Mark (Tessa) Rouse, Jude Rouse, Addison Dennis, Brady Dennis, Kanyon Dennis, Isabella Walley, Jayden Walley, Great Grandchildren: Oaklee Rouse, Colter Rouse; sister, Lynda Jones; brother, Jack (Anita) Wright; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her parents, Wilbern & Ruth Lucille Wright, father-in-law, Eldrage Walley, brother, Roy Wright, sister, Sue Wright Tyde, and brother-in-law, Lewis Jones.

The funeral will be held 11:00 am on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at St. Lucy Catholic Church, 125 Scott Rd., Lucedale, MS.  Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery, Lucedale, MS following the Mass.

Calling hours will be Tuesday, February 13, 2024 from 9:30-11:00AM at St. Lucy Catholic Church.
