Francis M. Goff, age 95, of Benndale, passed away on Monday, June 5, 2023, at home in Benndale, MS.  Mrs. Goff was born November 18, 1927 in Benndale, MS. She is the daughter of the late A. K. and the late Lou (Reeves) Mizell.  She married Homer Preston Goff; he predeceased her on July 16, 2015.

She was a homemaker, loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

She is survived by two daughters: Laura (Buddy) Varnadore of Lucedale, MS and Lisa (Athern) Fairley of Wiggins, MS, and four sons: Lloyd (Abby) Goff of Benndale, MS, Lonnie (Sharon) Goff of Benndale, MS, Ed (Renee) Goff of Benndale, MS and Leland Goff of Benndale, MS. She also has thirteen grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.

She is predeceased by her Husband, Homer Preston Goff, Father, A. K. Mizell, Mother, Lou Mizell, son, Larry Goff, eight brothers, Houston Mizell, Van Mizell, Leonard Mizell, Fred Mizell, Cleve Mizell, Dewey Mizell, Joe Mizell and Coyt Mizell.

The funeral will be held 10:00 am on Thursday, June 8, 2023, at Goff Family Cemetery, 146 Deep Creek Road, Benndale, MS with Rev. Bobby Morris officiating.  Burial will be in Goff Family Cemetery.
