Glen Eugene Gordon, age 81, of Lucedale, MS died Thursday, August 19, 2021 at Greenville Memorial Hospital of Greenville, SC. Mr. Gordon was born October 19, 1939 in Lucedale, MS. He is the son of the late John Fuell Gordon and the late May Velma (Williams) Gordon. He married Lynn W. Womack on February 12, 1971. She predeceased on September 3, 2014.
He served his county in the U. S. Coast Guard from 1957 to 1961. He retired from the MS State Department of Corrections as a Correction Officer.

He is survived by one daughter: Debbie (Travis) Summerlin, granddaughter, Katelyn (Nick) Stevens; granddaughter, Carolyn (Hunter) Baker; granddaughter, Brooklyn Summerlin, great grandson, Quinton Summerlin, one brother, Douglas Gordon

A graveside service will be held 9:00 am on Thursday, August 26, 2021 at Rocky Creek Cemetery, 1220 Rocky Creek Road, Lucedale, MS with Bro. Roger Hickman officiating. Burial will be in Rocky Creek Cemetery following the services.

Calling hours will be Wednesday, August 25, 2021 from 5:00-7:00pm at Sigler Funeral Home, 4248 Main St., Lucedale, MS
