Gwendolyne T. Fairley, age 88, of Lucedale passed away on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 in Vancleave. Mrs. Fairley was born May 26, 1930 in Lucedale, MS. She is the daughter of the late Hurley and the late Marguerite (Tilley) Tanner. She married William Moore Fairley. She was predeceased by her husband on June 1, 1993.

She was a Home Maker and a member of Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church.

She is survived by three sons: Alan Kent (Linda) Fairley, William Stanton (Jan) Fairley and Steven Lewis (Laura) Fairley, one sister: Nell Reeves; She also has six grandchildren. Justin Fairley, Susan Read, Brandon Fairley, Heather Agent, Preston Fairley, Syd Fairley, 12 Great Grandchildren, niece, Bridget Tyler; nephew, Colby Reeves.



The funeral will be held 3:00 pm on Sunday, June 10, 2018 at Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church, Pleasant Hill Church Road, Lucedale, MS with Rev. Don Cochran and Rev. David Buckhoultz officiating. Burial will be in Hilltop Cemetery.

Calling hours will be Sunday, June 10, 2018 from 1:30-3:00pm at Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church, Pleasant Hill Church Road, Lucedale, MS.
