Hardy N Eubanks III, age 72, of Pace, FL passed away on Monday, December 14, 2020 peacefully at home after an extended illness. He was married to Charlotte Hinton Eubanks.

Hardy was born on September 9, 1948 near Ashland, PA where he lived for the first two years of his life.  He was the son of the late H.N. Eubanks Jr. and Doris Dillman Eubanks. They then moved to Rocky Creek in George County, MS where he lived until college.  He earned a bachelor's degree in Geography from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1970 and a second bachelor's in accounting in 1975.

Hardy worked in accounting for over 30 years and spent the last 17 as a Certified Financial Planner.  He also spent the last few years as an Optivia Health coach, encouraging others to live healthy lives.

Hardy served as an elder at East Hill Church of Christ in Pensacola, FL.  He was an active member of that congregation for nearly 35 years.  He took pleasure in teaching bible classes, leading singing, and leading others to the word of God.  His Christ-like attitude was seen by all he encountered.

Hardy was a proud member of the Pace community.  He enjoyed networking through BNI and the Santa Rosa County Chamber of Commerce.  He often attended Pace High football games, band concerts, and other activities to support his grandchildren and the community.

Hardy was an avid supporter of Southern Miss Football.  He was an alumni season ticket holder for most of his life.  In recent years, he enjoyed attending games with his dad, brothers, grandchildren, and anyone else he could drag along with him. He'd be the loudest one in his section shouting "Southern Miss ToThe Top!"

Hardy had a contagious smile and upbeat attitude that made everyone love him. He touched the life of every person he encountered while on this Earth. His loving and boisterous, yet gentle spirit will be missed by many.

He is survived by his wife of 49 1/2 years, Charlotte Hinton from Soso, MS; his daughters Joy (Josh) Owens of Pace, FL and Katie (Brandon) Faulkner of Orlando, FL; and his grandchildren, Bryan Shy, Caleb and Asher Owens, Kaylee and Bradley Faulkner; his sister Nancy (Charles) Wicke and brothers William "Butch" (Janet) Eubanks, Paul (Penny) Eubanks, Gary (Leslie) Eubanks, and Brian (Diana) Eubanks.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday December 17, 2020 at 4:00pm from Faith Chapel North Cantonment, FL. Visitation will be held from 2-4:00pm at Faith Chapel.

Burial will be on Friday, December 18, 2020 at 2:00pm in the Rocky Creek Cemetery in Lucedale, MS.
