Harris W. Alexander, Jr., age 71, of Lucedale died Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at home in Lucedale. Mr. Alexander was born March 7, 1949 in Tylertown, MS. He is the son of the late Harris W. Alexander Sr. and the late Ethel Lee (Tarver) Alexander. He married Louise Oglesby on April 14, 1973 at McComb, MS. He retired from Point Coupee Electric as a Lineman.
Mr. Alexander was a member of Lighthouse Worship Center.

He is survived by his wife: Louise (Oglesby) Alexander, two daughters: Anitra Atkins of Lucedale, MS and Cindy Norton of Lucedale, and three sons: Jason (Nikki) Alexander of Lucedale, Mitchell (Ginger) Alexander of Lucedale and Matthew (Malissa) Alexander of Zachary, LA; grandchild, Douglas (Andrea) Atkins; grandchild, Jacey Chance; grandchild, Kurstin Alexander; grandchild, Emily Alexander; grandchild, Mitchell Alexander Jr; grandchild, Mayson Alexander; grandchild, Jayla Alexander.

Predeceased by his brother, Roy Alexander, brother, Ray Alexander, brother, Ray Carroll, brother, George Norton, sister, Maurde Corthen, sister, Doris Richardson, and sister, Maxine Corthen

The funeral will be held 10:00 am on Saturday, March 14, 2020 at Lighthouse Worship Center, Hwy 26 West, Lucedale, MS with Rev. Terry Hoyt officiating. Burial will be in Hollywood Cemetery, McComb, MS on Saturday, March 14 at 3:00pm.

Calling hours will be Friday, March 13 from 5:00pm-8:00pm at Lighthouse Worship Center.
