Ina Marie Mason, age 87, of Lucedale passed away Monday, August 25, 2025 at Glen Oaks Nursing Home of Lucedale, MS.  Mrs. Mason was born May 19, 1938 in Pascagoula, MS. She is the daughter of the late Sammie and the late Myrtle (Waltman) Hearndon.  She married Wiley Mason on October 24, 1958. He preceded her in death on February 14, 2007

She was a homemaker and worked at Lucedale Sportswear in the past. Mrs. Mason was a member of Rocky Creek Church of Christ.

She is survived by daughter, Marie (David) Alton; daughter, Jane (Wade) Blair; daughter, Ellen (Tony) Ables; 8 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; brother, Carl Hearndon.

Predeceased by husband, Wiley Mason; parents, Sammie and Myrtle Hearndon; 11 siblings.

The funeral will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, August 28, 2025 at Sigler Funeral Home, 4248 Main St., Lucedale, MS with Rev. Ken Hembree officiating.  Burial will be in Macedonia Cemetery.
