James Billy Woodard, age 85, of Semmes, AL passed away on Friday, May 12, 2017 at home in
Semmes. Mr. Woodard was born July 13, 1931 in Lucedale, MS. He is the son of the late
William Otis and the late Bernice Rosalie (McInnis) Woodard.

He served in the Navy. He was employed by State Farm Insurance Co. as an Insurance Agent.

He is survived by his wife: Noami (Hicks) Woodard one son: James W. Woodard of Mobile, AL;
He also has a step son, Robert J. Grogan of Lucedale, MS; step daughter, Cynthia G. Lopes-
Montana of Mobile, AL; , 4 Grandchildren and 3 Great Grandchildren.

The Graveside services will be held 11:30 am on Monday, May 15 at Woodard Cemetery,
Lucedale, MS with Rev. James McInnis and Rev. Terry Cagle officiating.
