Janet Lee Tarr, age 78, of Lucedale passed away Monday, December 26, 2022 at George Regional Medical Center of Lucedale, MS.  Mrs. Tarr was born October 15, 1944 in Houston, TX. She is the daughter of the late James and the late Lena (Campise) Lane.

Janet moved to Lucedale, MS in 2008. She reconnected with family and made many friends who loved her dearly. The family wants to thank all of those who loved her and took care of her when she needed help.

She is survived by two daughters: Michelle Tarr-Willis (Oval) of Farmington, NM and Tana Tarr (Jake) of Pasadena, TX; one sister, Angie Chestnut (Don); one brother, Bill (June) Lane;  Caregiver, Lisa Person; Niece, Tina (Dale) Stevens.
