Joan Black, age 60, of Lucedale passed away Wednesday, May 22, 2019 at University of MS Medical Center in Jackson, MS. She was born December 23, 1958 in Stone County, MS. She is the daughter of the late RayFord Havard and Elsie Sumrall.

She was a Homemaker.

She is survived by her mother Elsie Sumrall, two daughters: Michelle (Larry) Pugh and Charlotte (Rob) Rice; two brothers: Joe Ray(Brenda) Havard and Danny(Cathy) Havard; four grandchildren, Robby Rice, Hannah Rice, CJ Rice, and Shelby Pugh; niece, Kendal Havard; three nephews, J.R. Havard, Danny Havard, and Donny Havard; two great nieces and one great nephew; Many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and Friends.

The funeral will be held 11:00 am on Friday, May 24, 2019 at Sigler Funeral Home, 4248 Main St., Lucedale, MS with Bro.Willie Ray Fairley officiating. Burial will be in Havard Family Cemetery.
