JoAnn Sheppard Harris, age 81, of Lucedale passed away Wednesday, October 25, 2023 at USA Medical of Mobile, AL.  Mrs. Harris was born July 18, 1942. She is the daughter of the late James Pat and the late Eunice West Sheppard.  She married Selden "Sam" Harris who preceded her in death on April 18, 2007.

Mrs. Harris was a truck driver, alongside her husband, until she retired. She was a member of St. Lucy Catholic Church of Lucedale.

She is survived by daughter, W. Kaye (William Boyles) Harris; son, Gary L. Harris;daughter, Tinna Harris (Mike) Kaelbli; son, Ronald J. (Dana) Harris; 10 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren

Predeceased by husband, Selden "Sam" Harris and her brother, Pat Sheppard.

The funeral will be held 11:00 am on Monday, October 30, 2023 at Sigler Funeral Home, 4248 Main St., Lucedale, MS.  Burial will follow in Mobile Magnolia Cemetery, 1202 Virginia Street Mobile, AL on Monday, October 30, 2023.
