Joe Fulton Dickerson, age 88, of Lucedale died Sunday, October 9, 2016 at home in Lucedale.
Mr. Dickerson was born November 18, 1927 in Lucedale, MS. He is the son of the late J. C. and
the late Daisy L Dickerson. He married Jamie Evans on November 18, 1949 at Lucedale, Ms.
He was a Self Employed Contractor and a member of the Shady Grove Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife: Jamie (Evans) Dickerson , two daughters: Wendy D. (Kirk) Brownlee
and Toni Skoog, and one son: Joe G. Dickerson; grandson, Kyle Skoog; Grandson, Evan
Skoog; grandson, Tom Brownlee; granddaughter, Stephanie Brownlee.
Predeceased by his sister, Voncille Davis, brother, Bill Dickerson, sister, Barbara Mason
The funeral will be held 11:00 am on Thursday, October 13 at Shady Grove Baptist Church,
14146 Hwy 26 West, Lucedale, MS. Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery, Lucedale.
Calling hours will be Thursday, October 13 from 10:00am-11:00am at Shady Grave Baptist
Church.
