John Addison Hinton, age 79, of Mobile, AL died Wednesday, September 7, 2022 at USA Medical of Mobile, AL. Mr. Hinton was born December 28, 1942 in Mobile, AL. He is the son of the late Thomas Hubbard Hinton Sr. and the late Hazel Mildred (Gulsby) Hinton. Mr. Hinton was also predeceased by his brother Thomas Hubbard Hinton Jr. John served his country in the U. S. Navy during the Vietnam War.

He is survived by ; one sister: Nancy Diane McDuffie of Theodore, AL; nephew, Paul Hinton; nephew, Chris (Susan) McDuffie; nephew, Scott McDuffie; nephew, Brian (Cameo) McDuffie; 3 great nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held 10:00 am on Saturday, September 10, 2022 at Joyner Cemetery, Tanner Williams Road, Mobile, AL with Rev. Jimmy McDuffie officiating.
