Jordan Lee Scott, a native of Lucedale, MS and a resident of Baton Rouge, LA, passed away on
January 12, 2017 at the age of 33. Jordan was a piano teacher at the Music Tree Prep School in
Zachary, LA, and taught several students at his home. He assisted in the annual DeBose Piano
Competition. He is survived by his wife, Sarah Rosemann of Baton Rouge; parents, Seth and
Carolee Scott of Lucedale, MS; siblings, Meghan Scott Anderson and husband Rusty, and
Reuben Scott; grandmother, Laverne Scott; dogs, Brünnhilde and Camille; and all of his
students. He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Dr. and Mrs. R.E. Tipton, and
paternal grandfather, F. Keith Scott. Visitation will be Sunday, January 15, 2017 at Sigler
Funeral Home in Lucedale, MS from 2:00 p.m. until a Memorial Service at 3:00 p.m. Memorial
