Julia Rosella Howell, age 88, of Lucedale died Wednesday, September 21, 2016 at George
Regional Medical Center of Lucedale, MS. Mrs. Howell was born February 23, 1928 in
Lucedale, MS. She is the daughter of the late Louis N. and the late Hulda (Howell) Howell.
She was a loving Home Maker, mother, wife and grandmother.
She is survived by one daughter: Annell Tilley and three sons: Mitchell (Pam) Tilley, Marvin
(Billie) Tilley and Melton (Teresa) Tilley, three sisters: Vermell Williams, Estelle Stewart and Dot
Dement, and one brother: Clayton Howell; 10 grandchildren,13 great grandchildren and 1 Great
Great Grandchild

The funeral will be held 2:00 pm on Sunday, September 25 at Sigler Funeral Home, 4248 Main
St., Lucedale, MS. Burial will be in Southside Baptist Church Cemetery, Lucedale.
