Julian D. Cochran, age 83, of Lucedale, MS passed away Monday, August 1, 2022 at home in Lucedale. Mr. Cochran was born July 31, 1939 in Lucedale, MS. He is the son of the late Aubrey A. "Bob" and the late Virginia (Hardy) Cochran. He married Bobbie Jean Cochran. He was predeceased by his wife on December 1, 2006. He was employed by Ingalls Shipbuilders as a Welder.

He is survived by two sons: Thomas Wesley (Christy) Cochran of Pascagoula, MS and Mike Loper of Lucedale, MS; three sisters: Tammy (Lamar) James of Lucedale, MS, Lenora Bates of Lucedale, MS and Audrey Eubanks of Lucedale, MS, and one brother: Lester (Johnese) Cochran of Lucedale, MS; 9 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.

Predeceased by his brother, Aubrey Cochran, and Second Wife, Billie Sue Cochran.

The funeral will be held 11:00 am on Friday, August 5, 2022 at Sigler Funeral Home, 4248 Main St., Lucedale, MS with Rev. Bobby Morris and Rev. Glen Hodges officiating.  Burial will be in Crossroads Free Pentecostal Cemetery, Lucedale, MS.
