Julian Realus Tucker, age 69, of Crystal Springs died Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at
University of MS Medical Center of Jackson, MS. Mr. Tucker was born December 28, 1946 in
Biloxi, MS. He is the son of the late Julian Curtis and the late Winnie (Havard) Tucker. He
married Nelda Karen Ballow on August 27, 1967 at Lucedale, MS.
He was owner of Pioneer Marketing Associates.
He is survived by his wife: Nelda Karen (Ballow) Tucker one son: Thad Ford Tucker; two
brothers: Derrel (Deliska) Tucker and Anthony Sha (Melody) Tucker, He also has two
grandchildren. granddaughter, Hayden Shea Tucker; granddaughter, Aubrey Khea Tucker;
brother-in-law, Billy (Jeannie) Ballow
Predeceased by his Son, Derrel Tucker
The funeral will be held 11:00 am on Friday, November 18 at Shady Grove Baptist Church,
14146 Hwy 26 West, Lucedale, MS. Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery, Lucedale on
Friday, November 18.
Calling hours will be Thursday, November 17 from 4:00-6:00pm at Stringer Funeral Home,
Chrystal Springs, MS, and November 18 from 10-11:00am at Shady Grove Baptist Church,
Lucedale, MS.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Willow Wood Development Center, Diabetes
Associates of Mississippi, and Diabetes Research of Mississippi.
