Jurlean Middleton Cooper, age 81, of Lucedale passed away on Sunday, December 17, 2023 at George Regional Medical Center of Lucedale, MS.  Mrs. Cooper was born May 10, 1942 in Lucedale, MS. She is the daughter of the late Alonzo Clayton and the late Mae Drucella (Holland) Seals.

She was employed as a nurse at George Regional Hospital.

She is survived by children, Mickey (Teresa) Middleton, Debbie (Mike) Weber, Pam (Lee) Smith; grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Teresa (Darwin) Crabtree; children, Karen (Ronnie Joe) Reeves, Austin (Linda) Cooper, Michelle (Nevalin) Littlefield and David (Shannon) Cooper.

Predeceased by first husband, Willie Ronald Middleton and second husband, Billy Dean Cooper; son, Steven Ronald Middleton; brother, T. C. Seals; two sisters, Alberta Boykin and Cora Jean Dickerson.

The funeral will be held 11:00 am on Friday, December 22, 2023 at Sigler Funeral Home, 4248 Main St., Lucedale, MS with Rev. Mickey Middleton officiating.  Burial will be in Union Cemetery.

Calling hours will be Thursday, December 21, 2023 from 5:00pm-8:00pm and Friday, December 22, 2023 from 10:00-11:00am at Sigler Funeral Home, 4248 Main St., Lucedale, MS
