Laura Danyell Bishop, age 33, of Wilmer, AL passed away Sunday, December 19, 2021 at Providence Hospital of Mobile, AL. Mrs. Bishop was born November 16, 1988 in Mobile, AL. She is the daughter of Curtis and Wanda Bennett. She married Benjamin "Ben" Bishop on September 6, 2008.

She was employed as a paramedic for a period of time and then a cook at Waffle House; she loved to cook. Laura was baptized at Oak Grove Baptist Church in Lucedale, MS.She served as a coach for Semmes Girls Softball for 6 years. Laura was a very loving, giving, sweet person. She was a great wife, mother, daughter and friend who will be missed greatly. She will also be missed by Lafayette the Cat.

She is survived by her husband, Ben Bishop; daughter, Zoey Bishop; three sons, William Bishop, Carter Bishop and John Bishop; parents, Curtis and Wanda Bennett; brother, Bryan (Amber) Bennett; Mother and Father-in-law, Helen and Leo Bishop; Very Special Aunt and Uncle, Darrell and Debbie Bennett; Cowboy Pawpaw, Billy Graham; and a host of nieces, nephews, friends, and family.

Preceded in death by her Grandfather, Carlton Howell, Grandmother, Martha Sue Graham, Grandfather, George Bennett, Grandmother, Darlene Bennett, and Uncle, Dr. William "Bill" Bennett.

The funeral will be held 10:00 am on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 at Sigler Funeral Home, 4248 Main St., Lucedale, MS with Rev. Rickey Tanner officiating. Burial will be in Pipkins Cemetery.
