Lenore Selden "Len" COOK, age 86, passed away on Monday, December 21, 2015. She
is preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Robert C (Bobby) Cook, Jr. of
Lucedale, MS, and her parents, Mary Haynie and George Menge Selden of Belzoni
MS. Born in Belzoni, MS. Mrs. Cook attended Belhaven and USM prior to her
marriage in 1950. In Lucedale, Mrs. Cook attended the First United Methodist
Church and was a member of the Ester Kirkwood Circle, the Garden Club Of
Lucedale, and the Women's Club Of Lucedale. Mrs. Cook is survived by her son,
Robert C. (Rob) Cook III (Martha) of Mobile, AL; her grandchildren, Leland Cook
Klim (John) of "Richmond, Virginia, and Robert H. Cook (Shannon) Of Mobile,
Alabama; four great grandchildren, Eleanor, Turner, and Johnny Klim of "Richmond,
VA., and Ann Selden Cook Of Mobile; three nieces, Gail Gardner, Lynn Gardner
Collins, and Jane Gardner; and one nephew, James W. Dodder.
Memorial services will be held at Dauphin Way United Methodist Chapel in Mobile at
2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 22, 2015.
