Linda Earline Pope, age 69, of Lucedale passed away Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at home in Lucedale.  Mrs. Pope was born February 20, 1956 in Mobile, AL. She is the daughter of the late Arlee and the late Ruth (Bishop) Hayes. She married Billy Pope on July 20, 1973.

She was a homemaker. She was a member of Sanctuary of Pascagoula Church.

She is survived by her husband, Billy Pope; sister, Patsy (Larry) George; a host of nephews, nieces, and other family.

Predeceased by parents, Arlee and Ruth Hayes; brother, Billy Robert Hayes; sister, Nettie Joyce Hall.

A visitation will be held from 9:00-11:00am on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at Sigler Funeral Home, 4248 Main St., Lucedale, MS.  Burial will be in Shady Grove Cemetery.
