Louis Eckrell Johnson, age 89, of Benndale passed away on Monday, September 21, 2020 at Asbury Hospice House of Hattiesburg, MS. Mr. Johnson was born February 24, 1931 in McHenry, MS. He is the son of the late Horace and the late Bertha (Bond) Johnson. He married Barbara Mae Wyatt. He retired from International Paper as a Machinist.

He is survived by his wife: Barbara Mae (Wyatt) Johnson and three daughters: Tammy Lambert, Denise (Randy) Fountain and Renee (George) Shaw, grandchild, Cristina Rachelle Lambert; grandchild, Jessica Anne Lambert; grandchild, Matthew Fountain; grandchild, Dillon Fountain; grandchild, Tara Williams; grandchild, Bruce Bolling.

A graveside service will be held 10:00 am on Friday, September 25, 2020 at Pinewood Baptist Cemetery, Hwy 26 West, Benndale, MS with Rev. Hoyt Clark officiating. Burial will be in Pinewood Baptist Cemetery.

Calling hours will be Friday, September 25 from 9:30-10:00am at Pinewood Baptist Church Cemetery.
