Louise B. Mosley, age 88, of Lucedale died Tuesday, March 21, 2017 at George Regional
Medical Center of Lucedale, MS. Mrs. Mosley was born May 29, 1928 in the Tallawompa
Community of Choctaw County, AL near the Tombigbee River. Louise and her late husband,
Eulon, owned a country store in the Basin Community of George County, MS for many years.
She later worked as a cook in several restaurants in the Escatawpa and Moss Point as well as a
personal care giver. She loved to cook and no one ever left hungry from her house. Biscuits
were her specialty. She enjoyed quilting; however, her greatest joy in life was her family. She is
the daughter of the late Willie Ray and the late Lottie Mae (Martin) Buchanan.

She is survived by two daughters: Wanda (Ronald) Childress of Lucedale, MS and Cathy (Tony)
Parker of Wade, MS,; one sister: Jean (Don) Jenkins of Moss Point, MS; grandchild, Rhonda
Mosley; grandchild, Liza Mosley; grandchild, Ronald Eugene Childress; grandchild, Lee
Childress; grandchild, Missy Havard; grandchild, Michelle Mizell; grandchild, Randy Childress;
grandchild, Tracy Parker; grandchild, Rebecca Henderson; 16 great grandchildren, 3 great great
grandchildren. Special Nieces and Nephews, Donny, Danny, Jamie, Bonnie, Christy, and
Sandy Jenkins

Predeceased by her husband, Eulon Mosley, son, Roland Mosley, daughter, Sue Mosley,
grandson, Curtis Childress, parents, Willie & Lottie Buchanan

The funeral will be held 11:00 am on Friday, March 24, 2017 at Sigler Funeral Home, 4248 Main
St., Lucedale, MS. Burial will be in Old Lusk Cemetery, Toxey, AL at 3:00pm.
