Malcolm LeBarron "Mackie" McLeod, age 83, of Lucedale died Monday, April 29, 2019 at George Regional Medical Center of Lucedale, MS. Mr. McLeod was born September 3, 1935 in Lucedale, MS. He is the son of the late Cecil and the late Birdie Lee (Adams) McLeod. He married Julia Havard on August 3, 1957. He served his country in the U. S. Army. He was a retired Construction Supervisor for an oil company. Mr. McLeod was a member of Rocky Creek Church of Christ.

He is survived by his wife: Julia (Havard) McLeod, one daughter: Damita (Kerry) Fedor of Houston, TX and two sons: LeBarron (Becky) McLeod of Lucedale, MS and Damon (Karen) McLeod of Houston, TX, three sisters: Mona (Harold) Mobley, Cassie Devitt and Roci (Maurice) Cottrell, He also has five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren. grandchild, Matt McLeod; grandchild, Jake McLeod; grandchild, Corey McLeod; grandchild, Tyler Cannon; grandchild, Tanner Pape; Great grandchild, Trenton McLeod; Great grandchild, Aubree McLeod; Great grandchild, Jacob McLeod.

The funeral will be held 11:00 am on Thursday, May 2, 2019 at Sigler Funeral Home, 4248 Main St., Lucedale, MS with Rev. Steve Crigler officiating. Burial will be in Rocky Creek Cemetery, Lucedale.
