Marilyn Jean Pipkins, age 84, of Lucedale passed away Sunday, May 11, 2025 at home in Lucedale.  Mrs. Pipkins was born September 15, 1940 in McComb, MS. She is the daughter of the late Sims and the late Beatrice Rhodes Reeves.  She married James Curtis Pipkins; who preceded her in death in 2007.

She worked at the George County Court House for fifteen years and in the Home Health Field for 27 years.

She is survived by daughter, Kathy (John) Deering; son, James Clyde (Delta) Pipkins; son, Chuckie (Sarah) Pipkins; son, Timmy (Stacy) Pipkins; son, Daniel Jason Pipkins; grandchildren and great grandchildren; brother: Paul Reeves

Predeceased by husband, James Curtis Pipkins; parents, Sims (Beatrice) Reeves; brother, Bobby Reeves; sister, Kathy Brown ; grandson

The funeral will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, May 15, 2025 at Sigler Funeral Home, 4248 Main St., Lucedale, MS with Rev. Johnny Duncan officiating.  Burial will be in Crossroads Free Pentecostal Cemetery.
