Marion B. Welford, age 84, of Lucedale, MS passed away on Thursday, April 13, 2017 in Pigeon
Forge, TN. Mr. Welford was born March 9, 1933 in Lucedale, MS. He is the son of the late
William Edwin and the late Rosalie (Havard) Welford. He married Amelia Welford.

He was employed by Self Employed as a Nurseryman.

He is survived by his wife: Amelia Welford, daughter: Peggy (Jerry) Wallace of Lucedale, MS
and a son: Tim H. (Rebecca) Welford of Lucedale, MS; Brother: Bill Welford; He also has five
grandchildren, Chris Wallace; Scott Wallace; Kathryn Wallace Matthew Welford; Lauren
Welford Childers; Four great grandchild, Noah, Benjamin, Amelia Jane, Samuel.

Predeceased by two sisters, Freda Emerson and Jan Pierce.

The funeral will be held 11:00 am on Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at Rocky Creek Baptist
Church, 2147 Rocky Creek Road, Lucedale, MS with Rev. Tim Welford officiating. Burial will be
in Rocky Creek Cemetery.

Calling hours will be Wednesday, April 19, 2017 from 9:30am-11:00am at Rocky Creek Baptist
Church.

In lieu of flowers donations be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
