Meagan Rénee Bond, age 41, of Lucedale passed away Sunday, March 2, 2025 at George Regional Medical Center of Lucedale, MS.  Mrs. Bond was born May 1, 1983 in Lucedale, MS. She is the daughter of the late Roger Dale and the late Glenda Faye Emmons Parker.  She married Scott Bond on January 24, 2003.

She was owner of the Lil' Bait Shop in Benndale.

She is survived by her husband, Scott Bond; one daughter, Summer Bond; one son, Dylan (Layla Jamison) Bond; numerous other family members and friends.

Predeceased by her sister, Jennifer Nicole Parker Harris.

The funeral will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, March 6, 2025 at Pinewood Baptist Church, Hwy 26 West, Benndale, MS with Rev. Hoyt Clark officiating.  Burial will be in Pinewood Baptist Cemetery, Benndale.

Calling hours will be Wednesday, March 5, 2025 from 5:00-8:00pm at Sigler Funeral Home, 4248 Main St., Lucedale, MS and Thursday, March 6, 2025 from 1:00pm-2:00pm at Pinewood Baptist Church, Hwy 26 West, Benndale, MS.
