Nadine S. Parnell, age 77, of Lucedale, MS passed away on Monday, February 22, 2016 at
Mobile Infirmary of Mobile, AL. Mrs. Parnell was born July 1, 1938 in Lucedale, MS. She is the
daughter of the late Pinky and the late Martha (Busby) Brannon. She was married Louise "Bud"
Parnell for 48 years. He preceded her home on April 11, 2002.
She was employed by The Coffee Pot Restaurant as a Waitress.
She is survived by two daughters: Vicky (Archie) Burnett, Penny (Tony) Dickerson of Lucedale,
MS and three sons: Lewis (Beth) Parnell Jr., Terry (Vickie) Parnell, Timothy (Kerry ) Parnell; r of
two sisters: "B" (Bob) Ellis, Sue Parker and one brother: Alvin (Betty) Brannon; She also has two
n. sister-in-law, Fay Brannon and Nell Cooley Long; 22 Grandchildren, 51 Great Grandchildren,
3 Great Great Grandchildren.
Predeceased by her Father, Pinky Brannon, Mother, Martha Busby Brannon, Son, Robin
Parnell, Son, Tony "Neil" Parnell, brother, Buddy Brannon, brother, Marion Cooley, sister,
Ruthie Dykes, sister, Inez Todd, sister, Vina Mae Middleton.
The funeral will be held 2:00 pm on Thursday, February 25, 2016 at Mt Calvary Pentecostal
Church, Old 63, Leakesville, MS with Rev. Keith Stewart officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Pisgah
Baptist Church Cemetery, Leakesville, MS.
Calling hours will be Wednesday, February 24, 2016 from 7:00-10:00 PM at Mt Calvary
