Nell Jean Rackard, age 56, of Lucedale died Sunday, May 9, 2021 at Jackson, MS. Mrs. Rackard was born February 9, 1965 in Donaldsonville, GA. She is the daughter of the late Winfred and the late Annie Mae (King) Freeman. She married Terry Lee Rackard on November 17, 1989. She was retired from the Department Of Human Services as an Intake Coordinator.

She is survived by her husband: Terry Lee Rackard, one daughter: Charity Rackard and one son: Destan (Stephine) Rackard; one sister: Shirley (Johnny) Leggett and four brothers: Lecil Freeman, Carl (Donna) Freeman, Earl (Dianne) Freeman and Larry (Judy) Freeman,
grandchild, Harvey Rackard; grandchild, Anastasia Rackard; grandchild, Phenix Rackard; grandchild, Nova Rackard; grandchild, Ayva Rackard; grandchild, Christian Rackard.

Predeceased by her Father, Winfred Freeman, Mother, Annie Mae King, brother, Billy Freeman, sister, Sherry Freeman, brother, Tommy Freeman, and brother, Terry Freeman.

The funeral will be held 11:00 am on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at Sigler Funeral Home, 4248 Main St., Lucedale, MS with Rev. Fred Carter officiating. Burial will be in Freeman Family Cemetery, Lucedale.
