Oliver Oscar Gill, age 87, of Lucedale, MS died Wednesday, April 21, 2021 at home in Lucedale. Mr. Gill was born July 9, 1933 in Mobile, AL. He is the son of the late Oscar Oliver Gill and the late Ethel (Grossnickle) Gill. He married Margaret Brown on November 1, 2004 in Lucedale, MS. He was a retired Insurance Agent. Mr. Gill was a member of Barton Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife: Margaret (Brown) Gill of Lucedale , three daughters: Lois (Donnie) May Jemison of Wilmer, AL, Deborah (Tim) Renee Craft of Magee, MS and Pamela (Mark) Diane Eckman of Bettendorf, IA and three sons: Gene Oliver Gill of Lucedale, MS, Walter Oscar Gill of Lucedale, MS and Kenneth Allen Gill of Elgin, SC,; one sister: Ethel Jaunita Sharp of Pascagoula, MS and one brother: Franklin Douglas Gill of Lucedale, MS;
10 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren

The funeral will be held 11:00 am on Monday, April 26, 2021 at Barton Baptist Church, Hwy 63 South, Lucedale, MS with Rev. Brad Howard officiating. Burial will be in Barton Baptist Church Cemetery.

Calling hours will be Monday, April 26 from 10:00-11:00am at Barton Baptist Church.
