Omie Gray Weaver, age 79, of Lucedale passed away on Monday, September 12, 2016 at
Providence Hospital of Mobile, AL. Mr. Weaver was born October 26, 1936 in Wayne Co., MS.
He is the son of the late Frank and the late Minervia (Smith) Weaver. He married Betty Jean
Cooley on August 6, 1966.
He was employed as a Heavy Equipment Operator.
He is survived by his wife: Betty Weaver, three daughters: Patricia Flores, Theresa Godino,
Kathleen Harvison and one son: Gary Speed; Ana Pearl Loftin; He also has 15 Grandchildren; ,
26 Great Grandchildren; and 5 Great Great Grandchildren.
Predeceased by his Father, Frank Weaver, Mother, Minervia Smith, daughter, Diane Speed,
Son, Paul David Speed, brother, Doyle Weaver, brother, Lenward Weaver.
The funeral will be held 10:00 am on Friday, September 16, 2016 at Sigler Funeral Home, 4248
Main St., Lucedale, MS with Rev. Wayne Loftin officiating. Burial will be in Shady Grove
Cemetery.
